British Gymnastics and the relevant home-nation governing body · GBPWelfare case management
Create and manage a structured welfare record.
Authorised welfare users can record a concern, manage active and historical cases, and maintain a clear sequence of updates. Access is restricted according to the person’s role and relationship to the athlete.
The platform supports the club’s established safeguarding process. It does not make safeguarding decisions or replace statutory reporting responsibilities.
- Active and historical cases
- Case updates and audit trail
- Role-specific visibility
- Club safeguarding process remains central

A connected but separate capability
Keep readiness signals in their proper context.
Recent progression and training evidence may reveal patterns that merit a coach’s attention. The separate Performance Intelligence area presents those patterns through model-based indices while welfare and injury records remain governed by their own permissions and responsibilities.
The indices are relative analytical estimates. They do not diagnose injury, measure an individual gymnast in laboratory conditions or make welfare decisions. They provide structured context for appropriately qualified human review.
- Performance signals remain separate from welfare cases
- Role-controlled supporting context
- Qualified human interpretation
- Clear non-diagnostic boundaries
